Zero Cancellation Fees
Queensway Chemist charges no cancellation fees or booking penalties. We understand that family schedules, health changes, and emergencies arise unpredictably.
Courtesy Notice Request
Our consultation suites and prescribing pharmacists are in high demand across South Manchester. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation (for Pharmacy First, Travel Vaccines, Ear Wax Microsuction, or Blood Pressure checks), we kindly request at least 24 hours' courtesy notice whenever possible.
Giving early notice allows our dispensary team to release the clinical slot to another neighbour in need of urgent care.
How to Reschedule or Cancel
- Via Your Email Confirmation: Click the "Reschedule" or "Cancel" link found at the bottom of your Cal.com appointment confirmation email to pick a new date/time with a single click.
- By Telephone: Call our dispensary team directly on 0161 946 0834 during opening hours, and our staff will happily move your appointment for you.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled consultation time, our pharmacist may need to complete consultations with subsequent patients first to avoid dispensary delays. We will always do our very best to fit you in as a walk-in at the earliest opportunity on the same day.
